Use proper grammar.
Write in English, unless a staff member's native language is otherwise noted.
Include a subject line relevent to the E-Mail body.
Provide logs if appropriate; notable cases are bugs and harrassment reports.
Lastly, direct your E-Mail to the proper staff member. If there is a question as to whom is the proper staff, please refer to the contact notes included to the right of the E-Mail link.
